"Mi estadia en el apartamento fue por ponerlo de manera simple y llana, Excelente. El apartamento esta impecablemente mantenido, amueblado y con todo lo necesario para una estadia prolongada, me quede una semana en este lugar y no tengo absolutamento ninguna queja, son excelentes personas, amables y muy atentas. Hicieron que tanto mi novia como yo nos sintieramos en casa, incluso al llegar nos estaba esperando en la puerta de su casa, nos recibio con una botella de vino cortesia de su parte, en el apartamento encontramos frutas, huevos, jugo de naranja y pan. La verdad es que no hay manera en que pueda describir a plenitud la tranquilidad que nos brindo la ayuda de victor con cualquier pregunta acerca de la ciudad y sus atracciones, si vuelvo a ir a Mexico, puedo asegurar que me quedaria otra vez con el. Gracias por todo. Un abrazo."

"My experience at this place was very pleasant. The flat is not far from the airport, so, it was quite easy to get there immediately after my arrival to Mexico City. The flat was well kept, very clean and with plenty of sunshine in the living room. It was very nice to find the cupboard stocked with spices, coffee, sugar, oil and everything that you need to feel yourself at home. I also found fresh towels and toiletries in the bathroom. Wi-Fi is free and it actually works!! It was also a nice surprise to found useful information in the flat such as maps, a guidebook and contact numbers available in the flat. Nearby there are a number of shops, traditional eateries and bakeries which are open till late. Victor was an excellent host .He was always at hand to provide his advice on places to visit and even to arrange a taxi for me. He even brought a cd with classical music when he learned that I was a fan of it. I entirely recommend this place to all the community. "

"My girlfriend and I have had a very pleasant stay in Victors' apartment. Victor is indeed a kind and caring host and has been very helpful and spend a lot of time on giving advice and showing us practical things during our days in Mexico City. The apartment is well equipped without being luxurious and has all the necessary amenities. The metro is a 5-10 minute walk away and will easily connect you to all the rest of the city. We both really recommend his apartment if you are looking for reasonably priced accomodation and a dedicated host in Mexico City. "

"This is a much larger space than our hotel room and it was on the ground floor: a sizable living room/ kitchen/laundry led to the bedroom and then to the bathroom. The entire apartment is beautifully furnished with new furniture and appliances such as refrigerator, gas oven and large load washer. There is no dryer. At night, we felt that the large bay window curtain in the kitchen was a bit translucent and lacked privacy looking in from the courtyard area. We feel there should be an additional opaque window drapes. In the bedroom, we see a nice flat screen TV, however, there are only 2 English channels tapped off of an antenna reception. The host offered us a complementary bottle of Blue Agave Tequila, Belgium chocolates on our pillows, very nice touch. Besides that, there were eggs, beer, juice and other snacks both in the refrigerator and the pantry cupboards as well. We settled in quickly and realized that there weren't any drawers to unpack our bags in the bedroom so we told the Host and the very next day, he installed a wired shelf with more bedding and other toiletries that we requested along with it. When we could not get our laundry done because of problems with the water intake and electrical connections, they came over promptly and offered to do our laundry for us so that we can go about our day and enjoy the city. When we got ill (yes, just about all visitors get that), the host and his wife bought medicine and liquids for us and tried to help us in any way they could. The host was also genuinely worried about us when we returned late about 10:30pm one night. It is a very nice feeling to have hosts that genuinely care and want to make your stay as pleasant as humanly possible to the extent that we felt like we were lodging with friends. The biggest downside to staying at his place is the airplane noise. It was nerve wrecking on our first night so much so that we were planning on cancelling our stay and move somewhere else if not for their tremendous hospitality and warmth that made us stay. We were glad that we did. After the first two nights, with earplugs, we slept like babies. Some nights, there were no jets at all. The area is truly your typical Mexican neighborhood, not fancy but safe. If you're looking for a nice place to stay in Mexico City where you have run of an entire apartment with amenities that are not only affordable but with truly wonderful hosts, this is a great place for you. Getting to and fro the city via public transportation is no factor. You also get to experience Mexico proper without the touristy smoke and mirrors we so often find in places like Cancun and the coastal regions. Bring earplugs ? Thank you hosts""

"Our Host was apologetic and sought to provide viable alternatives of temporary lodging while the water heater at our intended place of stay was under repair. When room service arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that our Host had sent over a very nice complementary bottle of red wine along with our order of sandwiches, mmm, delicious! The hotel room was clean, sheets and covers were thick enough to keep us niece and warm. Room service from the chamber-maid was excellent. We tipped her daily, and she made it feel like a new check in everyday. Placement of furniture can be improved in that the closet room was difficult to access and that there weren't enough coat hangers, perhaps 4 more would suffice? The room had ample drawers to unpack and store stuff away. As for the TV, this is 2013-2014, it really should be a flat screen TV with more English speaking channels, and again perhaps 4 more English channels would suffice? The clarity of the channels was truly below modern expectations for a better enjoyment. They do have a great breakfast buffet which closes at 11:00am: scrambled eggs with chorizo sausage, regular scrambled eggs, sausages with sautéed onions, potato casserole, freshly cut fruits (papaya, watermelon, pineapple, honeydew and cantaloupe), bread, oatmeal, yogurt etc. Their coffee is brewed just to perfection and the waiters keep a watchful eye for refills, change of plates, taking new orders and so on - a truly satisfying dining experience, we highly recommend it. A loft in the lobby area leads to their Business Center where there's online access, nice business table and chairs to host business meetings. Bottled water is provided daily by the hotel. The hotel is situated close to everything important to virgin or seasoned travelers such as malls, train stations called Metros, bus services, bicycle kiosks (yes, they have those), street vendors, shopping, restaurants, hotels, clinics, pharmacies, wine stores, just about any amenity you seek in a modern city. The biggest downside of this hotel is the 24hr car parking area right across the street. We were awakened nightly at 2am, 4am and in between by the same old van/truck that honks and honks trying to get into the parking lot. Do they not realize the time of day, excuse me, night? The windows had to be closed and still the sound came through and we were rudely awakened nightly. We happen to have our own earplugs and that was the only way to get some rest. I am not sure how this is the fault of the hotel and its management but it does affect one's stay in an otherwise nice hotel. The access to the rooftop was a unique experience as it's a place to hangout, sit and get some sun and different perspective of the surroundings. You could even have a nice picnic up there I'm sure. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable experience and provided a convenient base from which to explore many areas within Mexico... "

Nice basic (think three star) and clean in the heart of zona rosa. It's just a few blocks away from the busy club and bar scene. Perfect if you like to party hard but have peace and quiet to sleep. Our host was quick and helpful with a variety of suggestions.
